Mission CALL!!!

When I first read this in January it did not feel like it was meant for me...now I can't express the gratitude and humility I feel to read this letter today the week before Easter and General Conference. My heart burns and my spirit remembers and I am filled with joy. I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know Heavenly Father lives and that he loves each of his children and that we ARE his sons and daughters...We each have a great work to fulfill in our lives, and this is just one tiny step on my enormous journey of discovery and FAITH!

SO HERE IT IS...for all of you to see! :)

RE-CAP!!!....For anyone that wants it!

Ok....so kind of new at this, but there is a 1st time for everything right!? :)
So here's whats new with me!

1. I attended BYU-Idaho for 2 years majoring in Communication...minoring in ??? But I have decided, as of this year, to pursue my music career... :) when I return from my mission I will hit the ground running finishing up schooling to BECOME....a middle school MUSIC DIRECTOR!!! teaching certificate and Masters in Music Education is in my future...but trying not to think so hard now about it right now....

2. I am serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for 1 1/2 years in HOUSTON TEXAS!!! :D Oh yes... those of you who know me are laughing right now...it's ok...I know.
I am so excited to be serving my Lord and brothers and sisters out in Texas! it's been some really tough months home, but I can feel something start to bubble up inside me and I just know that IT'S ALL JUST BEGINNING!!

Short re-cap of what happened before that?....

1. was in a musical...A Christmas Carol...I was Emily....doll...towns-person...and who knows what else! :) It was so fun and met some really AMAZING PEOPLE I love dearly!

2. I started and finished my internship with Oak Furniture Warehouse, Managing at the Boring location. I got an A :) Learned a lot...

3. Now work at a temporary job at a tax office! :& exciting as it sounds, it's PERFECT!

4. Helping (designing/prototype) start a new line of Sister Missionary clothes with an amazing seamstress Artha Parsons..."My personal Seamstress"....pictures soon to come.... SO CUTE...you have NEVER SEEN CUTE Sister Missionary clothes....???....STAY TUNED!! you will be impressed!

5. Getting ready to SERVE...and staying SAIN.... :?D
